AVI Maker is a very simple, free tool to create and edit videos in AVI format.

With AVI Maker you can create completely personalized compositions, from the bitmap files (.bmp) which are saved in your hard drive. You just have to choose the ones you want for the video, and AVI Maker will do the rest.
